A detailed design proposal is submitted for client approval. This document lists design services required for that particular project, and includes a "Not to Exceed" figure. Upon approval of the document, work begins. Services are billed at a rate of $95 per hour. Drafting, travel and reproduction costs are billed separately. Typical project size runs between 5,000 and 15,000 square feet. |
